Closed. We helped a recent home owner AVOID FORECLOSURE. My husband had cold called this lady from a list of defaulted properties and asked her "IF ANYONE WAS HELPING HER". She said no. She goes on to tell us she's been going through a STORM of circumstances losing her grandfather on thanksgiving day, health issues, financial issues and is behind on mortgage. The lender wouldn't modify her loan. She was having other company's call her promise her the world trying to do shady business with her and charge her upfront fees which is ILLEGAL according to Senate Bill 94. God's favor was on her side as she got top dollar for her property. Unfortunately didn't walk away with much due to back payments missed, fees,etc but she was able to save her home from foreclosure by working with us.
